Service Time:

Our services can take time, and should be considered when ordering items from us.
Easy items such as soldering connectors onto motors can be done in around 5 minutes, while soldering up everything in a DD Power Pack could take half an hour.

Our PnP Quads can take up to 12 hours, from parts picking to packing. We will communicate with you fully to let you know how the process is proceeding.

LiPo Delivery Information:

LiPo batteries are considered ‘Hazardous Materials’ by many delivery companies, and thus, to be frank, are a pain in the arse to send.

Below is the information about carrying LiPo’s from all of our delivery partners.

Royal Mail (Read Fully)

Royal Mail does not allow batteries to be shipped on their own.

“Lithium ion/polymer/metal/alloy batteries when not sent with, or contained in/connected to an electronic device, are prohibited.” – Royal Mail

Batteries sent with an electronic device are allowed, but the maximum allowed per parcel is the number of batteries that can be connected to the electronic device and 2 spare, meaning in most scenarios you can have up to 3 batteries in one parcel, if you want more, you have to split them into multiple orders with and electronic device in each order.

“The maximum number of batteries allowed in each package is the number that may be connected to the equipment plus two spares.” – Royal Mail

**If you are wanting to order just batteries, you can simply add our cheap and actually really useful Battery Low Voltage Alarm to your order to qualify for Royal Mail Shipping***
